yes, yes, I know. I don’t have any gene for cooking.
But, the gene is in my family gene pool and others have been
blessed. So, in cases like that, I do my best to stay on good
terms with those so genetically inclined. My recipes from
Belize include some possible and impossible dishes from my family as
well as others who have crossed my path.
